Coach Pateras is entering his 5th year as Head Football Coach of the Dos Pueblos Chargers. Coming off a 5-7 season that included a Quarterfinal playoff appearance, he is excited for what the 2025 season holds. With program numbers rising for the fourth consecutive year and 20 seniors leading the way this fall, the Chargers are poised to take another step forward.

A Ventura native, Coach Pateras is an Army Veteran who served in Texas, Alabama, Washington, Oklahoma, and South Korea. He is a proud father to his two sons, Alex (17) and Skyler (16), and daughter Milah (11). He is supported by his wife, Tiffani, the glue of their household.

Coach Pateras brings over 20 years of football coaching experience to Dos Pueblos. Before leading the Charger program, he coached at Ventura High School, Cabrillo High School, and Santa Barbara City College.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Coach Pateras is now in his 5th year teaching on the Dos Pueblos campus, where he currently teaches Government, Economics, and Law & Society.
